From what ive known, some cases have this psu placement, my old one has it too, im assuming its more popular on old cases and maybe cheaper ones

@imnotminun the fractal torrent (if memory serves me right) was realesed in 2021.

I don't want to tamper with the ilm. Rather try to keep as few things to mess up as possible. To my knowledge, contact frames have been more beneficial on Intel 12th gen+ cpus and not as effective on amd am5 cpus. I'd have to do some research either way

@Potentially-thegreatest at the time it was the only drive I had. I'm going to change it to a 990 pro 1tb. An easily wipe-able drive. So if something goes wrong, I can erase it and reinstall windows and other programs.

@JTM0291 actually, i didn't. My board supports q-flash. I just needed a compatible usb drive and a 24 pin connector connected to the motherboard. Once the flash was done, it posted. All I got to do it assemble it all together.
