I don’t have a table but should I start a Lego city?
I would say yes. When I made my first LEGO city back in 2018 I didn’t have a table and it was like that for a whole year so don’t let having no table hold you back from making a LEGO city

maybe if you have a shelf you can get some modular buildings and display them as a street or you can have them there until you have space
