If you have technical queries such as this one, Advanced Electronics may be able to assist over the phone, they will want to know your engineers name and company to ensure they are talking with a competent person.

Hi there my mxPro4 is showing a Fault led then on the screen says zone 1 fault but there is not fault or fire as nothings actually happened or changed. How do I clear this and just have working normal as before? Any help would be appreciated
You'll need to press right a few times to determine what device is in fault.

I'm sure the information was good - but I couldn't hear what was being said due to someone playing the piano in the background. It would be a good idea to record the video in a quieter location, or edit the unwanted sounds out in production.
What's the panel make and can it be program without a pc?
This is an Advanced Electronics MX4000 panel. The basics can be programmed via the buttons on the panel but it's advisable to program via PC.
How do you isolate one level on a fire panel?
We have MXL-IQ, MKB-4, I have to connect a magnetic door lock wires in series with one NC relay contact, that when the alarm comes on the exit door can be open. Can you help me to show where the alarm relay is located?

By any chance do you know what is "fault panel limited function" As far as i can tell everything is working normally.... Sounders manual call points and all detectors work

@@thisisbunnygaming8921 Unfortunately not without investigating because of the amount of variables, i.e. cable/loop/network integrity, faulty devices, faulty panel, water damage, etc... The issue needs to be investigated.
