Actually this was my second try first time i also was invaded by turkey

So bro if your in new version of the game the country your invading select that country and click on diplomacy tab and there will be two sections one will be peace treaty and other will be alliance treaty and there will be countries name written on it with money just click on the money and you will make alliance with that country so that country will stay out of the war tip only make alliance with countries over 75

You will see the number at the end

And if your in the old version then click the country you are going to invade select diplomacy check countries with 75 or more and remember name and then select the countries you just remembered and click on actions if there's a peace treaty option then click on the money written under Peace treaty and then click on alliance treaty and again click on money you will make alliance with that country and the country will stay out of war because it has became a mutual country . You can also do this in new version
