@@Movewithlaurenj maybe I've been told wrong but I was told that a plant based diet foods were from plants we couldn't eat turn into foods we can eat but then someone will say how I'm wrong that what I speak of is vegan. Yeah sorry no one is really teaching what's real and what's fake anymore.
Truthfully, it is confusing to people and I do dislike all of the labeling so much. I know, so ironic with my name being “plantbasedwithlauren” 😅 but my main thing is just sharing ideas to inspire people looking for their healthier alternatives. Plant based to me means that 80% of my plate is going to be veggies/plant based. But rice, oats, quinoa, ect are all from plants too. If that makes sense! Vegan is no animal products at all. I try my best to just focus most on nourishment and how I’m feeling/energy levels. Every body is different and I don’t think there’s a right or wrong way! 🫶🏼🥰
