This is a dream home I wished i could have something like this and the owners have something even better!! I did a rent to own home back in 2017 I'm a young mother with 3 children, the owners of the home came and said they needed all the money after living there 3 years and paying rent on time every month we live in a small town so she took it to court 1st court the judge through it out because I was doing what the contract said but 2nd judge made me move with no where to go I had 30 days to get out the month of my youngest 1st bday I asked the owner to wait 2 years til I could gt my credit fixed to where I could borrow the money ever since then I been struggling to find a home that is Dec price bc I sold my mobile home plus the 3 acres it was on to buy the ladies home well to have a down payment but the judge that made us move within 30 days went to church with the owners of the home rent to own also there kids went to school together and had sleep overs I from a small town so they got away with it bc I'm just a young mother trying to survive and could not afford a lawyer to sue them and the judge for conflict of interest of a few over things I did not even get my down payment back of 10,550 so I lost all my savings the home I originally owned and my land plus I lost the home I was living in And only had 7 more years of payments left The part that hurt most is my middle child is autistic and moving her to another home and school district is really hard on her but I would give anything just to have a home of our own again I had to sell the mobile home because it was so small If I could go back I would've just used the money I had saved to add on 2 bedrooms and another full bathroom that wa I could've still had my home in my name and no one took it from me... the judge kicked us out and let the land owners cut our power off on the 29th day while we was still moving with me having a baby boy that's fixing to turn 1 a baby girl that was 3 almost 4 and a 6 yr boy with Halloween being the night we had to be out and all the holidays coming our way I even asked the judge to give us an extension for through the holidays so I would have more time to find a place big enough for 3 kids and myself for my price range he wouldn't even read my certified letter
