Schade, Hochformat ruiniert dieses Video restlos. Unglaublich anstrengend anzuschauen.
This is what happens when you fly too close to terrain...
Hey Daniel, 😄👍 I took my new Mo 18 to the beach for the first time yesterday, and although it was great, I must have something to fix, because the controls were too heavy after only 5 minutes flying. 😮 I wonder if the wind speed was too low (about 6 m/s), or if my harness is not set up right, for the Moustache? The dune was pretty low, too, only 3-8 metres tall. Watching your video again, you seem to be at high-speed most of the way, where the controls are pretty light. And just swooping occasionally. Any thoughts? Thanks, Simon
The brakes are heavier. But you can definitely fly a good hour with it. Maybe you just didn't have enough wind. Did you have the brakes on the carabiners?
@@Flyingtree Thanks. Yes, not enough wind, and a low dune... 🤔 What do you mean "brakes on the carabiners"?
Among the carabiners it gets hard and also inefficient. Everyone knows the feeling of not being able to wait for the right 🌬️
@@Flyingtree Ah yes 😄 I understand... A lot of the time, the brake toggle was almost as low as the carabiners... ...this must mean "not enough wind". 🤣🤣🤣 So, it's my fault for being impatient. 🤩👍 Thanks again. 🤗
Always try to take some speed with you in a good lift. More speed, more buoyancy. And little rocking. And if there is little wind always start somewhere up so you have more wind. And a big dune is definitely helpful 😎
Hey Daniel 👋😄 My Moustache 18 arrived in the post from Germany today 🌟🌟🌟 And I'm really looking forwards to taking it out. One question... In this amazing video, did you log how far you flew? Because it did look "endless" 😁👍 Cheers, Simon
I think it’s almost 10km but I’m not really sure. I don’t think you will regret your Moustache… ever….;)
@@Flyingtree Thanks for the reply. That's about what I guessed. Really amazing, and inspiring flight. 🤩👍 My closest dunes have several river outlets making usual paragliders "give up, and turn back"... ... I'm wondering if the Moustache will be able to leap across. 🤔 Sounds like a fun challenge. 😎👍👍 Thanks again, and safe flying. 👋😄
@siskygod44 the mustache is perfect to go over bigger gaps. Have fun!! ;)
really nice! =D
Yes, that's right. I really enjoy it up there under the cloud. Strong climbing and full throttle in a straight line. Exactly my taste
Thx
Beautiful terrain! I’d love to fly there
Very beautiful ;)
👍

Ja sehr schön da so entlang zu gleiten…
Wow!
;)
Lowsave??? Wo?
3 weeks ago i did tandem paragliding my first time fly, respect brother ❤😅
Flying yourself has something adventurous. Like Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn through the air. It's never too late to start yourself, my friend😁
First to comment. Nice view!
Yes, it could be worse ☺️
I'm not couraged enough to do paragliding or similar. So I stick to creators like you to see auch views. :-)
@MikiFuchs There are differently difficult paragliders. The A category is so simple that you can make almost no mistakes. Seeing the landscape from above is beautiful. In which country are you at home?
Good old Deutschland! 😂
Where is that wonderful spot?
Løkken Danmark 🇩🇰;)
Getting it!

Looks like fun😊
Yessss ☺️
Lg
Was für ein Tag 😊 Ein sehr schönes Video🫶🫶🫶
Ja top 👍
😮
Bekunnt me grad lust go fliege be dere ussicht
I hear that the Moustache is an excellent wing for Powered Paragliding. What do you think?
The speed range is very large. But the pressure on the brakes is also very high…over 1.5 hours you can already notice it very much 💪☝️
Geil!
Was füre sicht.🤩
Mega 🤩🤩🤩😎😎😎😎💪💪💪🍀🍀🍀
Thx ;)🙏
Wow that Looks windy as fuck
Rarely rush as much adrenaline as on this landing. Had 8 small ears rattler and one at the end. Crazy 😱
Booahh 😂😂
Just a crazy landing. And what actually made me nervous was that I had power lines on all sides. The emergency parachute would have been out of the question.
Mega 😍
Amazing video and amazing song 😍❤️🇵🇸

Hoeveel kost dit
Do you mean how much a paraglider costs? Occasion you can get them from about 300.- Euro. The better new paragliders 2000-3000.-
🪂😍
;)
Tiptop 🎉
Liebe das 🤩
Tiptop!
Nice 🫶
Das nächste mal mit dir;)
Geile schirm😊
Jep 🎉
Nice colors
A pretty color;) I only read once in an arborist report that bright colors reduce the durability of the ropes. Let's see if that's true with the paraglider 🙀
How do you feel about the “safety” feeling of the glider?
Very save😊 I had the uls for two months and not a Klapper. It is very agile and very stable. But at the same time, these are also its disadvantages. I decided on the zeolite 2 gt because it's just more feedback and I like that. But high alpine it is very relaxed with the uls. And it is incredibly well made compared to ozone. Although I like the carrying straps of the ozone better, but they are also heavier.
@@Flyingtree I’m trying to pick a light two liners. Just got a skywalk range x-alps 3 for harness and now want a glider with real performance to XC. My current wing is a niviuk artik 4 and I’m just trying to choose a glider which will give me a comfortable ride to adapt these light equipment. My other harness is an Exoceat, which is the first one I’ve got.
@@acelleracers As the first 2 lines in the D class, I would definitely recommend Advance ULS. It also has super good performance. And you definitely have a better entry into the two-line class. And the workmanship of the paraglider is great, it looks very nice and it is also really light and easier to store than all other paragliders. But it's best to fly for two days then you'll have a good impression. Where do you mainly fly?
@@Flyingtree I live in Brazil and mainly fly at a site named Rio Rural, which is a very windy and demanding site.
@acelleracers Yes, you also have strong thermals. Being afraid is never cool...🙃 I hope you find the right one. There aren't really bad paragliders anyway and you get used to everything 😎
