ye, if it disappears once it starts running u prolly fine. if you think it is abnormal check with service centre
Yes when you turn on car it shows all the lights but when start it disappears unless you have anything faulty

How to on sound
So you can lock the car via remote with door tampering mode on (horn sound once) or turn off tampering mode by pressing lock the open at the same time to deactivate door tampering mode ( two horn sounds off) ?
In case you dont like the sound you can make use of key lock, Still you need it another way keep one door open and try locking
