The single temp sensor on the opposite side of the board to the troubled cell was hilarious. But I suppose that's probably just for charging/discharging monitoring purposes and not some sort of 'early warning' system of imminent kabooms. Can you show us how to connect the balance cable? My battery is 10 groups and 9 lines come out of it and I don't think the negative one is one of them. Should I take the negative line separately from the battery? Also, is it mandatory to connect the socket in the specified place and connect the balancer in parallel exactly? Or is it possible to be flexible?

Damn those welds holding terribly. You shouldnt be able to tear them with your nail even with full force, something is wrong there. I bought this spotwelder because i have seen it on your channel and it makes super strong welds on 0.15 steel tabs. What was your setting welder and what tabs did you use? was it 0.2 pure nickel?

Hi there excellent video, do you know how to dismantle the battery to get to the cells, i have removed 4 x bottom star screws yet doesn;t seem to want to seperate the bottom from the main body!!!

Have the same unsoldering iron. Best investment ever. It saves so much time. Just add enough flux. It takes it right off

hi there, this is the motor i have in my ebike and my gears were stripped (i bought the bike second hand and knew there would be problems in the long run) do you know if these can be replaced? as i cant find any that are the same amount of teeth/measurements? many thanks

My motor was vibrating so I took it apart and re greased it, the vibration practically went away but when I went on flat grass it came back and I was back to square 1. Any suggestions please?

Hopefully you can help me out with error 19.. There is 38V in the battery and continuaty between VP and DSG+, so the fuse is fine. But I still get Error 19. I tried a BMS reset several times with the GND en RST connectors connected for 10sec. on the board but no result. What else can I do to get my battery working again? On Reddit I see some comments about hard resetting the BMS, but how does that work? Thank you in advance

I'd chop the battery positive and disconnect the balance leads to completely power down the BMS. Leave it for 10 minutes and reconnect.

Another $300 battery saved! A Green Cell 36V 14.5Ah with EC5 output terminals. With just a bench PSU and touching the meter probes to the battery output terminals. I kept it around 200mA charge current raising the voltaqe slowly. That took it from 3V to 18V and after that the charger works again. Lesson learned don't neglect your e-bike battery *cheers* and thanks for the video ! 💫💥👌

Hello mate, I have an issue with the same vacuum cleaner however all lights show on battery, which would suggest fully charged also charges when saddled in the charging unit, however doesn’t work when Inserted into hoover no lights at all on hoover and unresponsive. Do you have any ideas or possible troubleshooting methods for this? Thanks for your time.

I have purchased 4 batteries from WALLEN POWER for 4 bikes Mid drive motor Ebike and it has worked so well for 3 years now. I we usually drive fast like 36 to 40 miles an hour and battery it pretty good! WALLEN power is the best
