I remember I used to buy a load of vanilla buy to let's due to lack of knowledge of how to make brrr work, then I came across deal sources who made me realise I was looking in the wrong area where brrr wouldn't work or i'd have to leave in a lot more money compared to if I bought in areas they recommend. They charged me a project management fee and sourcing fees and took control of hiring builders and by the end of it I was left with 80k properties leaving in 10k.whereas a vanilla buy to let would require a 20k deposit. Amazing strategy
