Davvero mistico e spiritualità molto forte . Anche noi veri milanesi con origini insubri e settentrionali siamo di antichissima origine celtica . Siamo stati poi nei secoli passati dominati e successivamente sterminati dai Romani che fecero di noi Mediolanum come prima provincia romana 😢😢😢 Sto prendendo consapevolezza ora da studente universitario e tutto ciò che ci hanno trasmesso a scuola ecc un mare di menzogne da " colonizzazione" culturale latino romana mediterranea. Poi nei decenni recenti invasi dal Sud Italia , ecc ecc ecc

Yes, there is traditional regalia for all forms of Morris Dance. Google is your friend.
Rags and soot. That is traditional. Begging was against the law. Impoverished mine workers danced to get more money to keep themselves and their families alive. They disguised themselves so that they would not get fired from their miserable jobs. There are different styles of Morris Dance. Different dances originated and are still being created, from different towns/places. They have stories to them. These stories are still very relevant today as they deal with social issues and tragedy. Try looking it up before you get all judgie.This is Borders style (Wales and England)
