Artist here, I think I know colors well enough to have an educated opinion on this one. C seems to match your skin perfectly, A is too orange and B is too yellow. Always remember to switch to another tone if you choose to tan and since your skin seems to be on the sensitive side based on the redness I suggest avoiding foundations altogether if and when possible. Oooh thats cute!! I dont think orange would look very good on me but I'm prohably gonna recommend this to my friend because she hates how pink blush looks because she has pink undertones and she says it just looks weird on her.
