How do you attract them?
My neighbor was feeding them for years before me and I have simply taken over. They have a couple of people in the neighborhood that they visit and I am on their list. Throwing bird seed in your yard if they are around will help because they will see it from the sky.
I own one with the grey wings with the Black bars.

They are all the bad guys of the neighborhood but they also play a good guy role sometimes with the Hawks and the eagles and they can also be very fun to watch.

I have a flock of pigeons that I have been feeding for about 3 years. They come to the parking lot where my apartment building is. I adore them!

We just had a beautiful sunset!
I want to tell you that as a kid I had raised several baby pigeons and unless the are used of human's they will not trust you to try to get them and will panic and fly away. Sadly it would be best NOT to try to get them and just feed them and don't panic them .... The ones I had made great pets, but were always free to fly away! ❤❤
That is the approach I decided to take. Make sure he's well fed and that's the best I can do. I hope I will see him recovering. That's pretty cool you got to raise some pigeons... Have a great day and thanks for stopping by.

All my neighbors are haters and they hate me for feeding them in the corner of parking lot. Early mornings 😭😔💔
One of my neighbors didn't like it but they realized that I was not going to stop.
They're probably going to be there whether or not you're feeding them so why not keep feeding them!

I'm surprised there is not a single cloud of rain passing by. Lol
We have a really bad reputation of being really cloudy and wet but in the summertime it can't be beat... And the time I was up there before this I saw a flock of wild doves flying through the mountains!
@@pigeonarmy426 I lived in Lacey WA for sometime with my family and I remember seeing small flocks of band-tailed pigeons passing by high up during the summer mornings. And I agree, in the summer time it's very refreshing when the weather behaves well.
I just wish it cooperated more through the winter time... But I choose to live here and I love it.

Bully pigeons are rare, but real! 😱 Thanks for keeping watch of the pigeon gangs! Mesozoic had been badly bullied by her flock, before we met. Her pigeon flock pecked her down to the skin, and left a small, permanent bald spot on the back of her neck. I tried multiple remedies and nothing helped bring the feathers back.
I never experienced any of that pigeon violence at my house. In those mean Streets of Seattle their food is not abundant so I can understand the fight. I'm glad you ended up with your pigeon so that she has a good life!

Where are all these Pigeons at ?? Where I live I have not seen one Pigeon around my house in Pennsylvania for "40 " years that I have lived here, just Doves have I seen ! 😪
These pigeons live underneath the interstate bridge not far from my house. My neighbor was feeding them for years before I moved here and I have taken over as I love all the birds I can get. My previous place I did not have any pigeons in sight either but I moved to kind of a special place now. Thanks for stopping by and have a great day
@@pigeonarmy426 So it's like I kinda thought, they are there because they were getting feed before you moved in, I could not be that "Lucky" -- 🙃
