The only thing I would change is the lights. Some of them ruined the look of the potions. So I'd put a matching led to the potion color. So like pink led under the love one, maybe a plain white one or a super light blue under the invis potion cause the yellow wasnt good on that one. Other than that loved the way it turned out.

HOLY CRAP!!! You probably got this a lot, but oh my god, i LOVE the final product!!! I really liked the details that went into that snake on the animal shapeshifting, this was insane dedication!! And the tiny ladybugs were adorable, i squealed when i saw them LOL. I’m SUPER excited to see what future projects are in store!! 😚🤞🏼

I was honestly quite surprised when I heard your plan for the wings! Making custom molds is a lot of work! Good on you. I figured you’d have pulled out the good ole gold wire armature sandwiched between two pieces of iridescent film and ironed together trick. Since that one involves way fewer steps, lol.
Thank you so much! Making custom resin wings was such a new and cool thing for us to try, and we are so happy with how the wings turned out! We might try armature wire and iridescent film in the future too!
these all turned out so beautifully!!! And I’m so glad you circled back about the masking fluid because I remember you mentioning it in the last video and thinking “wow, what a great idea, I’m gonna try that!” So good to know to still proceed with caution! lol
Thank you so much! We're so glad it was helpful! @ZenZeszotek also mentioned liquid latex as an alternative to masking fluid, it has a thicker consistency. We're definitely going to give liquid latex a try in the future!

The love potion is my favourite, also I was thinking of trying this project out for myself, what type of paint are you using for the bottles is it acrylic?

THEY ARE AWESOME!! Absolutely amazing!!! I would say that the potions look way cooler in the video than they did in the thumbnail. Maybe consider in the future using a thumbnail like the scene at the end with the smoke and lights? I’m not sure. I don’t know what RUclips algorithm likes, but that’s my thought. From where did you get your transfer paper? I have some but it’s difficult to use, so I would like to know other options. I would also like to know where I can purchase that magic potion mug it looks fun :D

Late to comment buttttt, with stacking and gluing foam, if you are using tacky glue, driving a few wooden dowels in (like supports in a cake) can stop them from drifting while they dry.

First of all, holy moly these look stunning! As someone who also uses air-dry clay, I never considered spraying with primer! Will have to do it with my next project! Also just out of curiosity, what metal did you use inside the bottles themselves? Im just curious as to if it might discolour the liquid over time? Also would it possibly damage the glass from the inside when spinning? Just silly little worries I have because the end results are too gorgeous to be ruined XD
Thank you so much! We are so happy you enjoyed them! To answer your question, we used 8x2mm rare earth magnets from Amazon. Since they can rust and discolor the liquid, we coated them with a thin layer of hot glue. Unfortunately, for time reasons, we didn't include this process in the video. But, essentially, we spread hot glue on wax paper, placed a stack of about 8 magnets on it (depending on the bottle size), carefully rolled them up, once the glue was dry we removed the wax paper, trimmed any excess bits, then sealed the ends with more glue. Hopefully, this will prolong the magnets from rusting and the liquid discoloring. The hot glue encasing also helps the magnets to not scratch the glass. It's been a few months, and so far so good! You may also be able to try resin? We had considered this. Thank you for the amazing question! Hope this helps! ✨

@@SideQuestCrafting I enjoy trying new stuff, new media as well as projects in general. I work a lot with yarn and fabrics - crochet, knitting, bit sewing, embroidery, you name it. Also had a few projects with wood, mostly learning to handle the material and tools so far, involving making boxes and magic wands, but also a bit of model making. I‘d love to learn about epoxy (and probably xps foam as well), when I get a chance to, I‘ve seen people doing amazing things with it, including you. Couldn’t tell which of the named ones I like best, really, depends on what I feel like doing and I have cherished memories of so many projects.
