I love these videos, I'm trying to create a simple recruitment dashboard and this is is full of simple but creative ideas. The problem I have is the excel formulas, for some reason I 'm not able to get the formula for open positions. I keep getting an error. Candidate details sheet doesnt contain candidate name, how many candidates were sourced position wise which are important data as far a recruitment tracker is concerned. Appreciate if you have a sheet with those details as well and how we can bring it to the dashboard as a metric
