My solo backpack on the Buck Creek Pass - Spider Gap loop hike in the Glacier Peak Wilderness, with side trip to Image Lake and Miner's Ridge Lookout, August 1-5, 2022
Wonderful, refreshing moments up there😊😊😊
Thanks! Good job! Going soon and I enjoyed this for insight on my trek.
Awesome! Enjoy your trip! Hope you have good weather. :)
Beautiful tracking
Thank you, congratulations.
Bah, YT is only giving me 360p on this video and I see your others are 1080p, would love to see this at 1080p. I refreshed a couple times and wiggled all the knobs. Just a fyi. Beautiful though wish it was higher resolution!
Hmmm, I'll have to check. I was having some trouble with the upload at first, maybe I did something weird. Thanks for the heads up.
Wow! This was well made video Washington's alpine lakes! I like how you focus on mountain scenery and not on yourself!
Very well made and "natural narrative". Very much liked that you named major points on your trail, showing tent site, & MAPS !! It is a pleasure to hear a narrator that has the habit of actually describing the things they do on a climb and the reason for interesting choices.
Thanks very much! I prefer to show the environment and not my face. 😊
LOVE this!!!
Did that loop with donkeys, and my grand dad in about 1957. Went the other way.
Sounds like you made some great memories!
Marmot Lake was so pretty, and Jade Lake. Nice camp you had by them. I'm planning to do Colchuck this summer, now I'm interested in this area too. Thank you
Yes, the whole area is gorgeous! I would highly recommend spending more time at those lakes than I did.
A well made video! Mt Daniel was awesome. My only issue is I had to do subtitles to understand anything you said as the music was too loud. I subscribed. Good job. I like that you didn't overdo facetime like most people do.
Thanks. I'm still pretty new to making videos, so I'll keep the music volume in mind.
A quite stunning frame at 6:40.
Great video, Love that loop. Wish I hit up that Lookout when I was at image lake.
Wow! This post really represents the channel name. Beautiful. 🤘
Excellent video explaining a beautiful diy set-up! Very impressed :D
I've got a purple sleeping bag as well. It's a Sierra Designs original. Over 50 years old. Nice work on the hammock! And that little lake looks like a great camping spot. Where is it?
Great set up! Love seeing all the customization and DIY you can get with hammocks!
Very nice and well thought out setup. Looks comfy.
That looks like it was an amazing trip. Quite a few amazing sights to see.
Brilliant work with the sewing machine and perfectly hung. First ever asymmetrical tarp I've seen
It's really impressive!
I hada differnt comment up here.....wunder where it went....
I would love ta see more on them elastic head and foot mods.
Here's where the idea came from. www.hammockforums.net/forum/showthread.php/29560-Stretch-Side-Hammock My version is even simpler, with just a small gap in the hem, and an overhand knot in the elastic to keep it from slipping back inside the channel.
@@viewfinderhikes thanks
Nice set up. Very Shug. Looks very well made. I’m still stuck in my Hennessy Hammock. I love it, but yours is beautiful. Well, done.
Thanks! I've definitely taken some inspiration from Shug!
