It is pretty gross. 100 + 100 + 80 Nature damage from the Helm, Chest, and Shoulders. Then the Lodestone of Retaliation gives another +80 along with a wall of stats, then there is the Fetish of Chitinous Spikes Trinket that has an active for 30 seconds, doing another 150 Nature damage reflect on attack. So if you have the entire set, you'll deal 510 Nature Damage back after every strike taken.

I'm sorry, I don't think I understand the question. Could you clarify? The dungeon itself is available to Alliance players. It is just a very long walk to get there. The quests above the Cavern are available to Alliance as well, but the city specific quests are Horde only. I believe to balance it out, the Alliance receives quests for The Stockades, but I am unsure.

Hey, thanks for the tip. I was worried about the new changes making the game feel more like Retail than Classic, but Gnomeregan does seem to be quite more of a challenge than BFD so having a strength upgrade is fine by me as long as the difficulty is scaled up a bit in a fun way. I like that there is a bit more strategy in these fights rather than just "Don't stand in the fire". Seems like a fair compromise between new players and vets. What class are you playing?

@@Whatswiththecat I took my warrior to 40, but I’m currently leveling my shadow priest so that our hunter can go melee and we will still have another ranged. Yeah. Obviously you make videos so you know what you’re doing, but I just wanted to give my 2 cents. I never mythic raided but I was a heroic raider, and ended up taking over raid lead for my guild back in retail, and found that giving people a concise “stand here” and creating as much simplistic visual clarity will allow a majority of people to understand it the best, which is why I had the idea of the “imaginary” line behind the boss that your two arc targets never deviate from. My idea about it actually came from a boss in WoD, I don’t fully remember the name, but it was the boss that summoned the bloods, and your ranged had to kill them before they reached the boss or he’d wipe your melee, so you just planted your ranged in a single spot behind the boss in the center of the room.

@@prismriot4910 Oh nice. I'm thinking of switching from Feral to Resto since I was a Resto Druid in Retail for years. I didn't do anything crazy either, Heroic Raider between BFA and Shadowlands, but that was about it. Did some healing in TBC when my dad had to leave in the middle of a raid, but I was like 10 years old, so I don't remember much of it. I completely agree, mostly the reason why I started doing some guides in paint. It's easier to show people an image of what to do as if it was a children's book rather than hearing the words and watching 50 different colors fly around the screen and pray, you're paying attention to the correct one. I don't think I played any of WoD, though most people tell me that is a blessing. Most of my time playing between the ages of like 6 and 16 years old (2004-2015) was just me spamming WSG (10-19 bracket).

Gonna add to this, im a raid leader in sod for a guild with a multiple raid teams and we actually just discussed this boss. It seems the easiest way to do it would actually be to split your melee in half on each side of the boss, with 1 ranged on each side to designate themself as the arc target, moving in and out. That means that literally *only* the arc targets will half to move, and the arc will auto chain to the dps on their side of the boss

Hello! It really is worth it, it’s just a hassle to complete. There are additional goodies that come along with completing the quests. You get a solid amount of XP and 8 candies that give you 4 bars of rested each. So 32 total bars of rested XP. You also get a 12 slot bag!

True, but for now the bag will be a benefit to have for the long grind from 40 to 60 next phase.

True, you can usually Zug the boss, but for newer players or for those in questionable gear, it's better to play it safe since you can either dispel the fear afterwards or have a Shaman Tremor totem.

Yeah, the moment I see Master Loot, I'm raising questions. SR groups are kind of lame, but they're generally pretty safe. But there are so many trolls or just elitists that I'm glad I've got a group I consistently raid with. Just a shame the raid is in a massive warzone, cause getting into the raid itself is already a headache.

@@Whatswiththecat master loot is fine for whatevevr reason people prefer to /roll to the need/greed/pass system already in place. After every loot drops, just roll on items. I won't initiate next boss without rolling first. The SR and HR and whatnot, I think is an asshole move, but the guy did make the raid and told me about the reserve in advance, I'm not going to moan.

Thank you very much! Haha, yeah. This was a VOD from my first time doing the raid and had no context of what I was supposed to be doing. Used it just to show that despite all of the players that are demanding gear checks, warcraft logs, potions, elixirs, food buffs, and world buffs, you can still clear even if you're not too sure on what to do. A lot of players don't want to "bother" teaching other people anymore. It's just "Know what to do, don't waste my time". Which I understand not wanting to wipe, but it kind of just brings the Retail attitude over to Classic so new players have it a bit rough. I made a whole lot of mistakes during this raid like burning abilities on Aku'Mai when he was immune to damage, I spent time dancing around the murlocs at Gelihast instead of just sitting at his workbench, I don't think I was aware of Lady's Lightning either. But I do prefer to learn by doing the raid itself rather than watching a guide, but I understand watching a Guide to avoid getting flamed or even kicked out of the raid.

@@Whatswiththecat Yeah I feel you, you want to be the best druid you can be ofcourse. Me I havent tried the Raid yet, might give it a go tonight. Can't imagine it being hard, like you mentioned, so it's ought to work out :D

@@Whatswiththecat Did it twice and we kinda steamrolled through tbh. But I didn't die so had to be doing something right lol. Damage wise it was okay, not the worst but def not the best either.

@@Deadly1996 Yeah even now I still occasionally get trashed on Ghamoo Ra because I get ping ponged on the bubbles, but overall, pretty smooth. I think the design was pretty fair for a classic raid. I'm level 35 so hopefully I can do Gnomeregan within the week.

Soft Reserve is essentially, you pick two items that you want from the raid. If they drop, then only the people who had picked those two items can roll against each other for it. If you're the only one who reserved it, then you just get it. If an item drops that no one had reserved, then everyone who needs it rolls for it. The downside being that the Raid Leader has full responsibility of distributing the gear, so if he feels inclined, he could just steal and leave.
