I feel like I need to do this daily!

I use sage, incense, crystals, and pendulums. I took from the video trying to start visualizing. Imaging a bubble, choosing the color, visualizing bathing in a beautiful light, and asking for protection. Thank you for all your helpful guidance.

I always carry a protection crystal with me in my purse or pocket. I deal with the public and have a coworker who drains me sometimes. Since I've started Reiki, I will also call on it if I feel I'm being drained too much. My biggest goal this past year tho has been to raise my vibration. :) You listed a couple of things that I didn't realize would help with that, so thank you for the suggestions!

I am a beginner and I have read somewhere that it's possible for other (possibly evil) entities to "take over" the communication while you think you're connecting to your Higher Self/Spirit Guides. I never knew that this is a ritual of sorts! I got bullied a lot in high school and I used to write it down on pieces of paper whenever I was frustrated. After a few months I changed schools but over the years the bad energy built up into me and I decided that it finally let go, I burnt those pieces of paper in my balcony and pretended that all my trauma was burnt away and DAMN it worked so well. Ever since then I rarely think about the bullying and was finally able to get it out of my system. It also helped me to detach from the past experiences and "restore" to my previous ways (after bullying i became a person who was very quite and kept to herself, when in the contrary I'm extrovert)

I was talking to a friend about ways to destress, and a voice in my head was persistently telling me to tell her she needs to paddle (she lives on the water). It was definitely not my own voice!
