I just received my iPhone SE with an Otter box Symmetry clear case. Once on, I couldn't get it off! So I did a quick google online and came to this video. Dang! I was unhappy that I needed a "tool" to get it off, at least according to the video. A few minutes later, I just happened to try to remove it from the corner where the camera is, where there is a somewhat large rectangular cut-out. It came right off! I am thinking it is because that corner is the most flexible due to the large cut-out. BTW the best way to install the case is to insert the iPhone SE into case, pushing the phone's camera corner with the rectangular cut-out last.

The point is... Hands aren't enough. Suck

Just got the clear yesterday but the guy at the store installed it for me. I had them install liquid glass on my new 12 pro max! So while that was being done I was looking at cases. I saw the clear case because I got the blue phone & I wanted it to show. They gave me a discount so I bought it. I went to my car & tried putting it on! I proceeded back in the store & asked for help. Well when I got home it needed cleaning, he didn’t make sure that it was. Whoa! I fought for 30 min getting the case off & another 30 min getting it back on! I had to push so hard I thought my phone was going to break! I have never seen a case that hard to get on or take off of a phone!

I just want to clean the inside of my case, why is it so hard😭😭

For some reason I removed the case in the middle of the night....spent an hour trying to reassemble this. Backwards. Thanks for the proper instructions, should have looked this up right away🤣

The rubber sticked out on the bottom or the top when I first tried it. I kept this metal thing inside my old case for a car magnet.

A hairdryer on “hot” in one corner is the ONLY way I got the case off. Even then it took several attempts. Held the dryer in bottom corner for like 2 minutes.

I was a little worried about it. But then again I've owned a Mophie white battery case for iPhone 6S. Now that was a B getting off. This Otterbox on iPhone 11 once I saw your video and read some of the comments ... I just popped off a corner (top right) then I used a poker screwdriver I have (hole puncher pointy thing) to slide down the right side and it came right off. I took it off another time and it seemed to get easier. Pretty easy to put back on the phone.

Here’s a tip for anyone trying to get it off instead of popping one corner and using a tool to get it off just pop one corner use your finger to push it as far out as you can and then pop the other corner I promise it’s way more effective

Honesty for me it was not to hard ones u get the corner off and use a pry tool good from there and I would rather have a good case that’s hard to take off then a bad one that’s easy to take off

Bought this today, it was easy enough install but removing feels like it's going to damage the phone itself.... -_- should have gone with the spigens if i knew this was an issue with this case :/

I have this case for my iPhone 11. I have had this phone for I would say 3 months, and I have never taken this case off. I tried to take it off for the first time a few weeks ago and I kid you not I truly thought I was separating the screen from the phone! It was so hard to take off and I was scared of damaging my phone so I didn’t even try to take it off. Removal of this case is ridiculous.
