We don’t really know what they’re doing trying to cut the tree, but there’s a chain in the way
Stop cutting trees down
This is an Ash tree affected by EAB, it Benefits the environment and other Ash trees by removing it!
As much as I like wood working, it sure pains me to see a healthy tree go down.
@@Ralpha1961 that was an ash tree about 85% dead in the canopy, customer wasn’t treating. I feel you though although you see me removing a lot of trees I AM a tree hugger, and will always suggest pruning prior to removal if it fits the situation👍
Maybe don’t climb a tree during a thunderstorm 😂

After watching you assend .with crotch friction drt..I think 🤔 I'm going to have to start useing zigzag...went back to prussick cause I like them but friction is terrible mostly..on natty crotch.i have one so pretty stupid I dint use it...just received vortex dry ..but don't realy own any 16strand ...I do have some 12 I reckon...
I started on a prusik and both the mechanical zig zag and the prusik have their advantages, also a big fan of double line which is zig zags strong suit!
This heat is unbearable...especially on sick old man .like me..just dripping sweat almost impossible

@@Arbist_Xnot really, 99 percent of welding is prep work. Like make sure your settings are right and the metal be decently clean
@@Arbist_X and one example is the head of my tech school we taught her how to weld after we setup everything perfect for her and she said "this is like putting frosting on a cake"

What a hero move ! Jumping from above is very challenging for sure, when your tie in point is pulling you to the trunk of your tree. I find it a lot easier to descend just below the intended target and swing from there. Especially if my tie in point is pulling me towards the trunk of my tree. Gotta thing about pendulum. Keep on doing the thing man !
That’s a great tip and I totally see what you are saying! That jump I was probably 12 feet away & 2 feet above it was alot to ask for 🤣 but a fun experience even tho I didn’t make it!
How do you like the tachyon rope ..i hear different opinions..? bevasue of the special core..guys say its to bouncy...yet its thee most expensive rope out there ..besides courant s line of girl coloring ropes..i like green the tachyon green blue.but its like 350 for 200ft slpiced insaine ..can get a 3/4 bull rope for that
I’ve been running it about a month now, I love it! I don’t feel much bounce to it but I’m only sittin at 140lbs. It’s got great grip yet runs real well.
