Personally haven’t tested the pocket 3 but I’d say it stands better than the pocket 2 in terms of what you can do with it. In terms of picture quality it’s almost identical to the osmo 3. I think go pro has slightly better light correction but that’s my personal preference. I think go for the one that’s in your price range, go pro hero 13 is cheaper but with all the add ons you can buy for it it’ll only be cheaper by a bit.

@Uncaringrain thanks, well I've planned to buy sony zv e10 as my primary camera and can't figure out for supporting camera as there's a lot of good camera laying in price range for my second camera like osmo pocket 2 and gopros. Every single time I decide any one ,my mind keep juggle to get other😅

Well the Sony zv is already a pretty great vlog camera, reckon a go pro would benefit you more. The dji is just another type of vlog camera after all.
