Very interesting interview with our ex-head of the Nigerian military government and the ex-head of the Nigerian civilian government for two terms. He is a very honest leader who wants the best for his country. In fact, l would admit that l know his village in the ibogun village area. My grand mom came from the same area called ibogun Akinode. She was from the owu tribe. while my father was an egba tribe. May God Almighty bless you, Sir. Victor Sodeinde,MBA,MPH. CRCS.

I almost cried watching this Dr. Zik interview. They don't make men like Zik anymore. Everything was about ideology. Everything was about principle. This is the kind of person you would call a statesman and never have anyone question you for doing so. I almost cried when I tried to relate his kind of politician to the kinds we have ruling our country today. When you hear him talk, you will know why Nigeria is in the kind of mess it is in. Charlatans are leading us today. A nation can indeed not be better than it's leaders. May God save this country by giving us leaders with working intellect, leaders who think good for the country and how to make policies that would be to the benefit and advantage of the people. These drug dealers, 419ers, Yahoo Yahoo, ritualists, thugs etc that today are ruling us can NEVER get this country anywhere. There's no hope for Nigeria with this kind of leaders. No hope at all.

Looking at these empty brain but gifted greedy destroyers today, how can one reconcile that Nigeria produced an Nnamdi Azikiwe; a man whose only driving force/aim was to build, to add value, dignity and respect to Nigeria and Nigerians? Some comments talk about him not recognized/honoured enough... but what quality do we have, to qualify honouring this 'magnitude' of a human? Even Nkuruma was his apostle? Wonderful!

Never really did any good to Nigeria. It was Zik who sold out to North's NPC instead of forming a coalition with Obafemi Awolowo and gave the North a chance to begin Nigeria's ruinous economic, social, and political problems. It's still being dealt with today, ie, Dangote, blah blah blah and so on and so forth.
