Sa instructor namin sa BPP bawal gamitan ng hands pag mag cut ng dough need po ng dough cutter kasi daw napupunit ang dough pag kamay ginagamit meaning masisira ang dough.
That's a good practice po. So here kung d kumpleto Ang gamit you need to be flexible and adoptive.
mam. kapag sa national assessment ba kailangan kabisado mu mga ingredients salamatpo
Hanggat maari po memorize mo na para mabilis ka din matapos. Or be discreet po if you keep a small paper na copy Ng ingredients. At the end of the day isipin mo po na parang exam po yan.
Kung tubig po Ang gagamitin instead of fresh milk, ano po Ang measurement?
Same lang po ang measurement. Magkaiba na lang sa lasa.

Yes po, pwede d n gamitin Ang lard, Tama 1/2 cup n butter instead.

Ideally po magkaiba sila, softer at milkier po Ang dinner rolls at ang dinner roll po at small than buns. Pero sa bakery natin minsan d n po sila masyadong magkaiba.

Out of all na dapat gawin for assessment, itong sa swiss roll ako kinakabahan.. lagi kasi nagkacrack gawa ko.. bumabagsak po ba kapag nagcrack?
As long maybe Ang swiss roll mo ay looking swiss roll Pag flat na talaga I'm not sure kung pauulitin lang.

Pwede Naman po. Nakakadagdag lang Ng creaminess Ang milk that makes a subtle tanginess of this lemon meringue.

Where can we enroll for free
There is a free class from TESDA, depending on where you are located you can visit the TESDA office to inquire. Right now I'm connected to the QC foundation, we usually connect through brgy coordinators. Maybe other cities and towns have PESO ofc you can inquire about the free courses. Thank you.

Depende kung nasaang area ka, but usually po meron pong TESDA office sa mga city, or sa livelihood department Ng city/municipal po. Ask assistance para papuntaho. Nyo po kayo sa accredited school at sa mga available programs na merong offers.

You can put butter or gelatin in a melted butter. Just be careful tho in melting the chocolate

Ginagamit ko ang lard mix with water pangparaktis. Par irecycle ko n lng until a month. Ang consistenty until smooth lang na madli Ng I handle sa piping bag.

Depende po sa size na gagawin mo. Pero this recipe can give 12. Pero if a little bigger go ahead po double the recipe.

Usually pareho lang per group Ang ginagawa for assessment Kasi mastery ang need. Totally different sa cookery. Then designs n lng magkakaiba. Pero for a variety baka me time Iba Iba Ang ginagawa group.

Hi great recipe. Dnt know why dnt you have more likes I have 2 questions please. 1. Is corn syrup same as liquid glucose? If not, can I use liquid glucose to replace the corn syrup in the recipe? 2. What type of chocolate is needed? Is it compound chocolate? Thank you
I didn't try glucose though but u can use glucose it's just to add more flexibility of the melted chocolate but be careful it might curdle. In this recipe I used compound chocolate. Easier to handle than couveture. And thank you so much for visiting. I'll make another video in relation to this.

Dyan po s practice ko para matipid ay lard lang mix with water . Pero Pag sa cake na ung usual mo na frosting pwede na. It's good din Ang boiled icing, whippit, at royal icing they do good for your practice at actual.

For the chiffon, just add 1 stick black coffee sa 1/4 c water. Then, for mocha buttercream, just add 1 stick coffee sa 1 tsp hot water. Then add to your whipped butter and sugar.

Pwede Naman po. Basic recipe po Ng bread ay flour, water, yeast at salt lang naman talaga. Additional flavor lang din Ang eggs.

For this recipe po ung 1 cup Ng Cake flour gawin mo lang 3/4 cup plus 1/4cup cocoa powder. Then add 1/8 cup water.

I did this recipe many times I took the Bread and Pastry NC2 national exam years ago... Youre given 6 hours to complete four specific recipes: Soft Dinner Rolls x10, Lemon Meringue Pie x1 and Lemon Meringue Tarts x5, Cream Puffs and Eclairs *10 pcs, and Vanilla Chiffon Cake x1 and Vanilla Chiffon Roll x1. I am the first to finish out of 30 people who got the exam at 2 hours and 44 minutes (all excellent rating). I missed my culinary school days, one of the best days of my life ❤

Depende po sa assessor kung ano papagawa nya. Kung mag bgay po sya Ng recipe o gamitin mo po Ang recipe na binigay Ng trainer. Kung ano Ang ginawa nyo during training po. Eto po ay isang lamang pwede din eto gamitin kung Nas madali po sa Inyo eto.
