Go to woo commerce setting →shipping→shipping class and Make shipping classes then select that shipping class when uploading the product.

are the min and max weights set to ounces or lbs? If I want one rule to be `1-ounce min and 1lb max how do I input those figures?
The weight measurement is exactly the same as in your WooCommerce settings, but you can't mix them. You can only use one of them. So if you have lbs in WooCommerce settings (WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Measurements) then all min and max in our plugin will be in lbs. If you have oz, then it will be also oz in our plugin.
