    All of it is true, except it's murder, not suicide. Not one single westerner in the history of ever has been allowed to cast a democratic vote on if they want mass immigration or not. ALL western countries are swamped, most have only 2 or 3 decades before the natives become a minority. This is not a mistake or a weird coincidence. It was all planned and it is being done to us against our will. Western politicians are not doing what their voters want them to, they are controlled by (for the sake of easy understanding let's use the phrase) "the deep state", either through blackmail or bribery. This is true for practically every party and every politician in the western world from Meloni to Trudeau to Starmer to Trump to Kamala. The west is not voting its way out of this.

    Murry rothbard fundamentally misunderstood what socialism actually is. Like most Austrians. Socialism is a system that seeks to eliminate labor exploitation by capital (and unequal power relations, if taking anarchist analysis into account, which states that unequal power relations inherently leads to exploitation thus, the state cannot logically be a worker's state) I've seen very few socialists, including marxists themselves, argue for equal outcome. Heck, marx considered himself Anti-egalitarian because he found the idea of equal outcomes as unjust and illogical. Anarchists on the other hand, see egalitarianism as an essential component of socialism because anarchists view it as equal opportunities and equal social relations which are essential for abolishing exploitation. So in truth, Socialists have never supported equal outcomes and have bitterly opposed it throughout history. Edit: another to add might be that, profit motives and competition aren't the only reason people are motivated and incentivized to Innovate and work.

      @@Philosonomics For anyone who has any semblance of morality rooted in religion(whether it be Christianity, Islam, or Buddhism), they cannot be Libertarians. To be a Libertarian in the simplest sense is to leave others alone and to let them do their own thing so long as they never mess with you and prevent you from doing your own thing. To be religious inherently requires you to go out of your way to make the rest of the world behave like you and your religion; whether by doing it nonviolently through discussion like Christianity, or through violent subjugation and warfare like Islam. It doesn’t matter what religion you are, so long as others out there in the world do something morally reprehensible under the doctrine you believe in, you are required to put a stop to it. That violates being a libertarian. The reason why I say libertarians are basically anarchists is because so long as anarchy isn’t happening to them (or even worse, they’re the ones perpetrating the violence) then they are ok with it happening in the world. There is no call to action to help out those in need because to do so would be to violate others ability to do as they want.

You are right that the faceless nature is not great in a few aspects and is self limiting in a few more. The one thing that will probably keep it this way is the stress free and uninfluenced way I can choose my topics (along with a fair amount of camera shyness). It has it's strengths and weaknesses. I am enjoying the commenters that have slowly began subbing/sticking to the channel and I think at some milestone in the future I may do a reveal or live Q and A or something... Will see how it goes. I've thought about well produced intro to add to each video but most online advice has pointed to getting to the content as fast as possible in the ADHD landscape we live in. I've been a registered Libertarian for over 30 years and the biggest frustration I have with the party is that it is more of a philosophy club than an effective party. People waste a lot of time trying to "out libertarian" each other. It goes to ridiculous lengths. Egalitarianism, like all words, has a specific meaning and Rothbard's psychopathic take on it is asinine. The word "egalitarianism" has no connection to or implications of socialism or central planning or equalityvof outcome. Taking a movements basic fundamental principles and redefining the words used to describe them to their exact opposite is a form of suicide. This isn't even a real conversation. AI bots talking to each other is a joke. Stop reading Marcus Aurelius. ALL Roman Emperors, by any modern analysis, were absolute psychopaths - worse than any health insurance CEO ever to exist.

      100% agreed on the purity testing and theory fest's that seem to only serve to make the Libertarian Party irrelevant. Libertarian's enjoy theory more than realty and don't seem to know when a trade off should be made instead always make "the perfect the enemy of the good". Side note: Did you vote for Chase Oliver after being in the party for 30 years? What was your take on that political manoeuvring that squashed the Mises Causcus and ultimately the party's main source of momentum (in my opinion). Agreed egalitarianism has a specific meaning, but as the discourse has slowly and surely seemed to replace the word equality with equity and can I understand the need for counter balance. The rejection of equality of outcome as fundamentally against liberty and nature is needed more than ever. I'm not sure how that isn't apparent to everyone in the space.

    Libertarianism is pretty cool but it has a paradox at its core, as any society can only be libertarian as long as libertarians are in the majority and exercise their collective political power to keep things libertarian. A libertarian society that allows full political freedom for its constituents is doomed to fail as sooner or later the political majority will turn it into something else. (The notion that a libertarian society will be so good that everyone will see that it's the best setup possible is laughably misguided.) Libertarianism is also completely blind to the fact that community & culture are very important factors in people's lives and allowing those to be demolished if individuals don't care about them enough is a crime against humanity. It's quite weird to think that living in a cultureless mass of random people all doing their own things would be preferable to living in a unique and authentic culture. It's abhorrent to think that if for whatever reason you don't want to participate in a culture then that culture is worthless and should be dismantled. This is a recipe for a violent subculture to emerge above all others. Libertarianism should be considered an important factor in economic and law enforcement policies, but it should never be the guiding principle in a political or cultural sense.

I see this as an issue that needs an answer from all political frameworks and I agree Libertarianism doesn't have a convincing answer... Neither do Christians for that matter. Side note: I'm not an open boarders libertarian as that is impossible with the current welfare state. As someone who comes from an area of the world where there is no government involvement (Swat Valley, KPK, Pakistan), I can confidently say it works and it doesn't. Where I'm from, every structure you see was built by an individual. Every hospital, every school, road, etc. (and this includes the power grid). The government is so incompetent that all it can do is try to take money from locals without doing anything in return. But there is a catch... There is no security without a tribe of people. There is no safety (in regards to both physical, financial, and social) without a tribe of people. There is no mandate to improve anything, and anyone trying to do so in a public space is condemned (they can still do so on their private property). If a stable, non-corrupt government is in power, I think that would be preferable to what I saw, but a stable, non-corrupt government might not be possible in Pakistan, so our form of tribal libertarianism is the default. As far as I can tell, that is the only form of libertarianism that has existed anywhere in the world.

    • @Philosonomics
      @Philosonomics 2 месяца назад

      Wow, thanks very much for that detailed story of personal experience. When you say they try to do something on public property they are condemned. I'm curious how something new would be built on unused/unowned/unoccupied land and what the process of that would be if at all... And how a large scale operation like a hospital is done and agreed upon. Would love to hear more about that. I've heard ancient Iceland thrown around as an example of an AnCap society but have researched that too deeply. I think most libertarians that are more radical than the minarchist advocate for contractual convent communities, Hans-Herman Hoppe has laid out some work in this area. Also services would be provided by private entities, the fire department would be replaced by multiple competing business with rating systems. Same would apply for defence/police so it' wouldn't have to be solely tribal like defence. Thanks again for the great comment

    • @mohsabkha

      @@Philosonomics I read up on contractual convent communities. It perfectly describes what I've experienced. This is, in fact, the norm for most rural Pashtun communities (think tribal Afghanistan where central governments aren't possible). Police forces are made up of mostly paid volunteers, but the locals are heavily armed and can quickly form defensive militias. Each neighborhood has its own armed watch rotation every night, separate from the police, and this is fully voluntary and unpaid. Fire departments are formed in the same way, rather than as a business. Those services operate almost as charities with each individual in the community voluntarily giving funds, similar to how mosques operate. Funnily enough, the medical field is the one that operates most like a business-to-business market. Hospitals act as a marketplace/bazaar for individual doctors, nurses, pharmacists, radiologists, etc. rather than as a single formal entity. The "hospital" is just the building where they are based. One thing to note is that the police have very little power. There are instances where the tribe will easily overpower police. Tense standoffs have occurred with the police usually backing down and offering to negotiate with the tribal elders. On some occasions, full shootouts do occur. As for your question on how unused public land is made useful by individuals, it's almost a first-come-first-serve basis. So long as there are no other parties that have a greater claim or greater purpose for it, then it usually defaults to whomever was there first. If someone wants to build a school or mosque on it, it will almost always go towards that purpose instead. This tactic of building public services is often used by competing rivals to sabotage each others' expansion plans. It works in the favor of the community, but can hinder economic growth. The condemnation comes in when it is immediately useful land and you claim it for yourself. That is considered a big insult to the community. Only land that is unusable and made usable is considered fair game (a clear example is a rough mountainside that is unclaimed and made into farmland through labor, very few would think to get involved in that case). This obviously isn't tolerated for roads/waterways, but beyond that, so long as you don't cause harm to other peoples interests, the community generally accepts the use, or rather, they are indifferent to its use.

The market and players in it have proven repeatedly the only restraint is collapse, and then they run to daddy government for a bail out even as they blame the government for everything.

      Thank you, I'll have a look into those examples. You may see some videos touching on them in the future! Cheers

    Ron Paul is a radical libertarian, and that approach has been shown to fail repeatedly. You need government regulation and taxes and support . But he is right that the usa system is broken. market forces are the biggest problem we have, giant corporation create monopolies like we have now, and control the government, and we get massive wealth is smaller hands and lots of poor people. Not good. Now if he supports a universal basic income to make sure all people can prosper, but he doesn't. He wants us to be like a third world country.
