It was actually really hard to find, about 47 seconds into heaviest matter of the universe, and the first few seconds of backbone.

@@Jesperadoo again, it won't sound like the video if you don't use the EQ, thats really where the magic happens, however it will still sound fairly close.

I used bias amp's amp match feature, then exported that amp to bias fx, I used Pro-Q 3 to EQ match the tone and make it sound polished.

Alright, I don't know how familiar with bias fx you are, so I'll explain it in detail. I used bias amps "Amp Match" feature to get the base guitar sound, I did this by converting Backbone and The Heaviest Matter of The Universe to mp3, I used audacity to convert it to WAV, then you can open a WAV file in bias amp's amp match and it will analyze it and create a copy of the guitar tone. From there I saved it to custom amps, then opened it in bias fx, where I added a bit of reverb and some touching up (noise gate etc), then I save it to my bank. Afterwards I open reaper, which is my DAW, then run the amp on bias fx through my guitar signal. At the end of my signal I use Fabfilter's Pro-Q 3, in Pro-Q 3 theres a feature called "EQ Match", basically what you have to do is play a snippit from the tone you're mimicking, ideally a part of the song where it's only the guitar playing (Again, I used Backbone and Heaviest Matter for this.), then take a capture of the eq bands using the button to the right of the drop down menu on the bottom. Next I played the tone that I had created, It was a bit sharp and rough sounding, but after that it'll match the EQ to be that of the tone you're copying. From that point, I recorded 4 separate tracks, 2 panned 90% and 70% to the left, and the same for the right, from there on out it's just up to you to record what you'd like. Hope this helped.
