He was a changed man with a new heart. I pray you make the effort to get your loved one here. It will be life changing fo you too.

I wish that our son could come there. He is living in a car with 2 drug friends that he met 2 years ago in Oklahoma. We pray constantly for him, but don't know how to help him. He was clean for about 3 months, at an Adult and Teen Challenge Men's Center in Louisiana, but left there on foot. It's like, he wants to live right, but then he gets derailed. He kept in touch with his old friends while he was there, and he needs to let go of them. Please pray for him, Jordan David .. He's 27 years old and has 3 children, but they are not with him. I'm encouraged to hear about your program.

Please pray for our son Jordan. He is hanging with dopers. He was in an Adult and Teen Challenge Men's program, and left in the night with one of the guys. He did okay for a while. He wanted to share the Gospel, so he said. Wound up in a Mission Outreach, and then something happened and he went back to his drug friends in OK. His friends drove to pick him up and within an hour they were stopped by police in TX, and went to jail for possession. He told us that he had left them, but now it is almost a month and they have all been living in this lady's car. He hasn't bathed in 3 weeks. We will not send him $. People, including us, have advised him to leave his friends, but he delays, as he says he is trying to help them find a house, and then slip out. It is so crazy. He is 27 years old, and also has 3 beautiful children 😢 Please pray! It's very hard on us parents, hard to know what to do, and what to believe.

What is truly amazing about interacting with people in Recovery, is their inherent honesty after years of living a dishonest existence. Denial is nothing but dishonesty with self. If there is one thing consistent in the Ministry of Jesus Christ it is an honest assessment of everything. The truth is the truth today, yesterday, and tomorrow. Honesty isn't always the softest or easiest path, but it is the foundation of sobriety IMHO.

I never got addicted to drugs and alcohol, but my mom and dad live that life. They both got killed by drug lords. As a kid, I was like, why do they love drugs and alcohol more over me.. To the kiddos, the struggle is real, and even though we feel like they love it more, they struggle. Pray for them
