I have been doing this for a very long time & I honestly feel like its because I never had a good representation of a man in my life ever so I started creating these scenarios at a very young age. In later years, I would most definitely get mad at someone if they don’t react in the way that I imagined. I started having unhealthy expectations for every man that came into my life. If they weren’t this fantasy guy that was perfect, he obviously wasn’t the man God has for me. This is also causing an unhealthy & UNREALISTIC expectation of how my husband will be. Life is not perfect & this demonic spirit has fed me the lie that I can use this as a way to have a perfect life but I have suffered & it has pulled me out of actual good moments in my life. I also find that maladaptive daydreaming can cause time to go by faster (ridiculous, ik). P.s. I found your video after having a conversation with God because I didn’t want to repent for fantasizing because I didn’t think it was “bad enough”. God is delivering us in the name of Jesus. The first step is self-awareness. These demons WILL BE exposed in the name of Jesus. Thank you for posting ❤

I'm struggling with maladaptivedaydreaming, too 😭. I don't know how it started, but it started when I was 16. Whenever I'd listen to music or watch movies, I'd find myself walking around, laughing, and talking to myself. I thought I was going mad (at that time, I didn't know it was maladaptivedaydreaming). I came across a tiktok video of a girl talking about how much she walks around, imagining fake scenarios in her head while listening to music. I realised then it was maladaptivedaydreaming. Triggered by music, movies, real-life events, and edits I see on tiktok. These scenarios in my head are also made from guilt and resentment. It hurts my head every time I make these scenarios, and every time I listen to music, my mind begins to wonder. I find myself walking around and laughing to myself. Thank you for this video ❤
