Sol curry ka main ingredient hota hai "Kokum". Its a special beverage of Maharashtra and Goa and it is very good for digestion. Video banane se pehle thoda padhai karna zaruri hai. It is because Chinese even before all communist uprising came first in Kolkata and settled there (18th or 19th century i guess not sure) . There was whole Chinatown and Chinese settlement in Kolkata. The indo chinese food which is most popular in India kind of started in Kolkata.
