1932 Packard it's not a 1932 Packard but a 1932 Ford Model A

Fantastic, i made 1902 - 1914 simple cars, scale models cars in 1:20 scale in brass and wood, like 1903 Ford A and C, 1904 Franklin B, 1902 Rambler model C, 1910 Stanley steamer and International Harvester model F, 1910 Maxwell AB etc

I just LOVE these early cars!!!!

Around 1910 Floyd Clymer and his brother attempted to drive an EMF car on a long-distance trip from Denver CO to Spokane WA. The car was mostly reliable, but due to the rough roads, the transaxle broke 3 times. The first two times the factory sent parts and a mechanic to install them. When the car broke in the same manner a third time, the factory decided to end the experiment, and shipped the car to Wyoming on a flatbed railcar.

Reminds me of my 1999 Yaris. Will be sad to give it up.

A very old man told me in snow weather that they would wrap old ropes around the spoke wheels for traction! Interesting but he is long gone!

I recently seen a restored 1910 Chase model D at the NE classic car museum. It’s a real treat to hear one run. Thanks for this video. I would love to drive one, but that’ll probably never happen. It must have been amazing to live in a simpler time of cobble and dirt roads where life had a slower pace..

The jazz is applicable to the period of the car, but I would much rather hear the engine myself! I had heard of the Ford model K car but this is the first I had seen a Ford N car! I bet it's a real joy to drive!
