Name Change Clinics are paid for and staffed by LASNNY and Empire Justice Center through state and federal grants. LASNNY utilizes public libraries for Know Your Rights programming on many topics, such as tenant rights, taxes, and senior legal issues. LASNNY is grateful to partner with local libraries to offer a wide range of free legal services to their local communities. Without them it would be much more difficult to reach those populations.

Several times this week I have noticed people are now riding the middle turn lane, on Hoosick street before the light at Lord avenue. And they are cutting people off and going around them. This is a recipe for disaster. And I would hope that some type of sheriff Troopers could maybe Patrol this.

CDTA could never make the right hand turn onto McChesney Ave if there were cars at the light.coming out of McChesney Ave..they would sit through a whole light cycle tying up the right lane. That is probably why they don't do it anymore.

Same problem on McChesney Ave with the speeders and everyone cutting through that Street.

Please improve audio if possible.
