Thank you! The cabinet is built in, part of a colonnade, and has a twin on the other side of the room (with more Nancys, of course😉). The books shown in the video are circa 1930s and 1940s, so, by golly, I guess they DO count as antique. 😲

I found the pasta press on eBay while searching for an antique torchio. We couldn’t afford a new one, so I was looking on eBay Italy for a cheap old one to import- this showed up in the results, located in… Massachusetts, USA, lol. This one of a kind press with seven dies was cheaper than a new one with one die! I’ve never seen a bevel gear torchio before or since. Andrea’s Nancy Drew collection is awesome. It doesn’t all fit in the colonnade you see in the video. ~Kyle

We have also seen recipes that peel and core the apples but then cook both with the chopped apples before putting through a food mill. Kyle has a story about an old mountain church his dad was minister of, that involved bushels of apples and big iron kettles for apple butter making - it was edited out, but might show up as an extra at some point here. 🍎

Thanks! It is a recent acquisition. We may put together an extra just about the peeler at some point. 🍎
