ученица Г.Нейхгауза! Легенда!
This was my grandparents house for decades. So happy to see this.
Hypnose. Maledictis.
I never had a chance to see this early short film (and others) of Greenaway before. Thanks to RUclips and some more personal free time now I can. This film may not be the best but you have to see the humour in it and the peculiar interest in the esthetics of the floating boats going left or right (was that Venice?).
This movie predicted Vladimir Putin 48 years ago.
I saw these movies at the Castro in San Francisco about 25 years ago. The internet is the best.
mr greenaway is simply brilliant my fav director and im a pleb more greeaway less superheroes please
Огонь
Thank you for sharing.
I read somewhere this film was in response to the 'habit' at the time from black activists to 'fall' from the windows of police buildings in Apartheid South Africa
Misadventure is a much understated event. I thank this director for bringing this to our attention.
Damn. I was expecting a tutorial by Bill Gates on how to use my new PC.
Diesen britischen Humor kann man nur schwer nachvollziehen🤔
Is the seamstress wearing a Clothkits dress? 😍
safe to say that i've stumbled on the "vintage videos" side of youtube
You did not
Ace.
Chopin left no pedagogical guide on piano technique. fact. there was a brief sketch, almost only point-form. in this futile effort of Chopin, as he himself admitted, to explain how magic music relates to touch... there was at least one good idea; that one only needs to examine the relation between the fingers and the notes being played to master technique. and Trull does this. her hand positions change almost Androidly in the Rh. awesome Russian school.
Chopin wanted pianists to listen. He did an immense work on technique, however he was against doing acrobatics and gymnastics on the piano but good quality, singing playing. I suppose you might have already done that but if not, you might like the book “Chopin seen by his pupils” by Eigeldinger. Explains a lot about Chopin’s contribution to the piano technique.
OH!!!!!
He is genius...
superb
What music is it?

AMAZING !!
Um mapa, uma janela, um cartão postal. Um oceano entre os três pontos.
Bravo!! youre amazing! I saw your super-fast execution of op. 10 n. 2 by Chopin.. It is really unbelieveble! Can i ask if you practiced some exercises for that etude? (like Pischna, Donahny) Thanks a lot.
Thanks very much for this. Ever since seeing a couple videos of Trull playing at the Tchaikovsky competition--including a phenomenal excerpt of her playing the end of this concerto--I've been looking for recordings of her to no avail. This is great to hear. She's a magnificent pianist. If only there were more recordings around....
undeniably one of the finest contemporaneous piano performers, who sadly does not upload enough recordings for people's listening pleasure
Spasibo!
Прекрасно!
that's why you study bach
Просто гениально...
Meant to say *very nice dynamics* when I posted earlier. Still sounds great! Thanks again for posting.
The last three winners of the Queen Elizabeth Competition played the Prokofiev 2nd. One of the two winners of the recent Van Cliburn Competition also played the Prok 2. But this does not mean that anybody playing the Prok 2 will have a better chance at winning. If Trull had played Rach 3, I doubt it would have made a difference. Besides, she may have felt more comfortable with Prok 3.
Natalia Trull played prokofjev 3 piano concerto in the fnal in the tchaikovsky competion in 1986.Trull should have played rachmaninov 3 much better competion concerto. There were people who tought that Trull was the winner.Others favor and tought that Douglas was a winner. I like Trull more
What a TROLL. If you actually listened, you would find that this piece is absolutely, undeniably, wonderful.
Love this novel interpretation.
I agree, I love this novel interpretation.
Quelle énergie fabuleuse! Ça donne envie de la connaître. Je me demande si elle a eu des élèves qui partagent sa vision endiablée du monde sonore?
Sublime!
to this day, gilels was my top-favorite on this piece ! now i hear this and i'm speechless ! what wonderfull 3 minutes !!!
Amazing! An old master. Not so many musicians still can hear it. "Michelangeli-Richter" Standards rule the world. Bore.
