Played as the drummer back 12 odd years ago. Played it with our junior band at eisteddfod and did very well. Timeless musical masterpiece.

Very good intonation. The style was not consistent with the composer's intent however and the tempo was not aggressive enough.
speed it up to 1.25 and the tempo will be accurate, and the intonation was garbage.
Yeah it’s said to play at 168 but this is more 130-40

I didn’t play in this song, but that is a good suggestion. Try putting it to 1.5x speed, I think it’s about that tempo.

i agree! the intonation was very well hit it would totally give goose numbs with a quicker tempo. still a wonderful performance on their part!
