Första Ultra race Sandsjöbacka trail 60 km med en veckas träning
Sprang mitt första ultra lopp på 60 km och tyvärr blev det inte den uppladdningen jag hade hoppats på och det blev endast en veckas träning inför detta. Jag visste dock att jag kunde ta mig igenom detta då jag känner min kropp väldigt bra så detta är inget jag rekommenderar att man gör. Ska man göra något sådant så krävs det en rejält mängd träning.
