If belly dance has an enemy, then it has to be ultra flashy backlights and disco/night club like flashy lighting systems. If I can't properly see her moves, what's the point of organizing it?
Thank you for your comment! I understand that lighting can sometimes affect how a performance is perceived, especially in such a delicate art as belly dance. As a performer, I don’t have control over the lighting or technical setup of the event, but I hope the beauty and emotion of the performance still came through.
