Moving on to a happy and healthy future

To grow old is inevitable but to grow happy is a choice.
I started finding my physical training potential at the age of 40 and Hayles at 32 which goes to show it is never to late to start. From that year till now we thrive on everything we do, to better ourselves physically and mentally, so that we can grow old happy together and always challenging ourselves.
Our attitude and mindset to life is key to accomplishing everything we do, and when we go travelling the world and see how others live and thrive, this also helps us to be so grounded and open to all cultures and experiences in this time we call life.
