I heard they were finally planning to open up the Bruce to camping so we can do real thru hiking on it soon! That's so cool because several years ago I got stoked to thru hike the Bruce but then learned that you can't legally camp on most of it so that killed my plan, but now it's back on the board! Woohoo Canadian thru hiking!

Neoprene socks. I do cut the heels down though cause I'm a zero drop addict. My other boots are Altras (trail runners). I'd never buy another hiking boot, it'll never happen again. Gore Tex liners and waterlogged leather make me not sure if I should laugh or cry. 😂

Nice fishing boys! Pike are actually really tasty if you don't get slime all over the meat. Wash, filet & release, and skin on shore or in the bottom of the canoe to keep that pike stank away from your cooking area for a better dining experience.

Nice trip 👍👍, I did the same route last spring (actually have done that section multiple times). Never stayed on that site on Little Misty but looked pretty wide and open.

Sick trip, I usually hike QEW2 but haven't brought my canoe there yet, it looks quite promising for a 2024 adventure!!! Also not too far from Toronto which is a plus
