Thanks for this great advice now to do some googling
Best of luck!
make a video about the auctions please.
Нормально но думаю там движок быстро сдохнет
How much did you save
It depends as cars are fluctuating a lot right now, but I seen some 530e's around my spec and mileage going for €10k+ more But from what I see on the market right now I saved around €3k - €6k
If you want to reach out to me, the easiest way is through my Instagram 📸 instagram.com/krystianbond_/
Pros vs cons of importing?
I guess it depends, but if I were to make a quick list it would be: Pros: • High Quality Cars • Lower mileage • Good Prices • Rare Car Models Cons: • 2-4 Months Shipping Time • High Shipping Cost • Import Costs • Risk of hidden damage (Rare)
How much does it cost you to insure it
It will be reasonable aslong as it has a immobiliser
Was really good considering my age, it was around €1,300
Might be a move, how much time did you have to wait for the car to arrive?
It was around 3 months from time of purchasing
Why do you have to tow the car from port and can’t drive it home
@@martinfeely6076 To drive a car in Ireland the car needs to have NCT, Road Tax and Insurance which you won't have unless you are a dealer. (similar situation in other countries)
Sick car bro!!! Which agent did you use to clear customs at Dublin port and was the vet value accurate as website when you went to get it done? Thanks
Thank you man! You can see the agent I used the description but it's "customsdeclaration.ie" and on the VRT website if you can select that it's a Japanese car, it will be very accurate, if not try to pick your specific car and it shouldn't be too far off 💯
Can I do this also in Romania?
Absolutely, just be sure you're familiar with the process for changing the plates in Romania!
Sick man I wanna do this one day
If you do, best of luck!
Why don’t you specify that it is illegal to ship them to Europe due to European norms. I ll head your video to the European comision this morning. You ll go to jail sir
Thanks for your concern, Importing Japanese cars to Ireland is legal. All cars brought into the country must go through an inspection (NCT) after they arrive to ensure they meet safety and emissions requirements.
what are you talking about ? it's not illegal.
You alright mate? 😂😂
Great video. How accurate do you find the vrt calculator?
It's on the Revenue website so it's very accurate. On the calculator when you select that it's a Japanese car 3:14 you're good, if your car isn't in the database and have to select that the car is not from Japan 3:27 then it could vary but if you select the exact model it shouldn't be too far off 👌
Sooo.... Its still cheaper to buy it from ireland
In this case you actually still make profit, additionally you're getting an insane spec, with low mileage and a car that has been taken care of 👌 Appreciate you watching!
Any idea how much vat customs and vrt you’d pay if it was a 2.0 diesel?
If you follow the video you will see how much it would be! but to quickly summarise it: Assuming you're in Ireland You will need to get the total price of your car (Car + shipping / Invoice Price) then add 10% Customs first and 23% VAT on top of that. 2:12 Then go onto the VRT website and fill out your car exactly. 2:48 On top of that you fill have two smaller charges, Customs Agent €120~ & Port Charges €140~
You’ll actually pay more NOX than you should as they’re assuming the maximum nox charge since you didn’t fill it in
Thank's for the info! When I was calculating my VRT I never filled out the NOx and it seem'd to be basically spot on, Maybe a €100 difference
Great video lots of details 🔥
i appreciate that a lot ♥

niceeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
Thanks man!
