As we journey in a global awakening of consciousness, and shift from a 3D reality to incorporate the 4th and 5th dimensions, welcoming in the dawning of Aquarius. I share my story, in the knowing that our mess is our message. We go through our experiences of the shadow, and duality for the lessons we need to learn. Journey with me as we unfold and experience this beautiful awakening together.

As seen with the pandemic, as humans get out of the way, mother nature..Gaia... Paptūānuku, reclaims her vitality, a reflection of self. Once we get out of our own way, we realise we are the way, we too can express our birth right vitality and gifts.
The ego steps aside as the unity of heart and mind invoke self love and a new humanity.

Through 1995 - 2002 I had 3 attempts to take my life. Fortunately, (although it didn't feel like it at the time,) I was never successful. My views on depression, suicide and how I see it as a normal state if being. All feelings are valid and theres no right or wrong, the sooner we embrace our sadnesss and know its here to teach us a lesson the sooner it moves on/ I lesson I learned the hard way.

My sisters death

My Sister Sheila passed when I was 13, following a brief illness. She was diagnosed with Leukaemia 4 days after she passed. This was my first experience of losing someone, that was close in my life. It rocked the family, and nobody knew how to deal with it/ It had a profound impact on my life and the way I viewed love and my sense of feeling safe.
