Discover the Secrets of Sakamichi Brewery
Big ol ahh
😂😂❤❤❤
thank u I'll be trying it today Edited :I love it definitely recommend, if u dont have powdered sugar like I didn't then here's a powder sugar recipe: one cup of normal white sugar and one spoon of corn starch blend till powder and ur done![every cup of sugar is one spoon of corn starch ]
I usually put the cutting in water to wait for the roots to develop. There a benefit to putting into soil straight away?
I’m sure there are endless debates about that on the internet but if that works for you keep doing it. For me if I leave that outside it’s so hot it drys up too fast or if I put it on a window sill I’ll remember it a few month later 😅. The dirt just lets me keep it with everything else lol.
@@ChefGracesPlace ah that’s fair, yh currently have it on the window sill with basil plants I’ve trimmed down. First time trying to use the cuttings for new plants so hopefully it will work! Know some people also use root powder to help roots form
After getting the basil flower alone to root, I can’t really trust any thing in any video anyone says
Can you elaborate?
Borage is a lovely flower and great to see the bees enjoying it as much as I do!
It really is!
@@ChefGracesPlace Happy gardening!
I've tried growing it and Failed!💔😪
@@mariap.894 what happened?
I have sooooo much of it, I end up throwing it out! It's like a weed in my garden😮😮😮 There are almost no videos about what to use it for💔
Omg I know you hear this a lot but man are you absolutely stunningly gorgeous. Also I made this today used about $70 worth of olive oil.
Thank you lol was that a lot of olive oil or just very expensive olive oil? 😆
@@ChefGracesPlace my pleasure! 😇 I used two and a half bottles of Kosterina to fry the potatoes. I suppose you could say a combination of both :)! I know certain olive oils cost way more than $31 a bottle.
I’ve done this under grow lights and have a constant supply of scallions!!
That’s awesome!
I’ve been thinking about growing these!!
It’s a much taller plant than I thought it would be but it was still cool. One got to 4ft.
😎😎😎😎😎
I gotta get this!
Contact me through chefgracesplace.com and we can figure out how to get you some.
Go to Bergen
I love Bergen! I went before I started a channel once on a layover. One of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been!
🥐🥐🥐
💥
Wow, this place looks incredible! Really beautiful and looks tasty!
It’s even better in person! If you ever get a chance to go to Bangkok the address is in the description.💗
CHEF GRACE!!! Great interview!!! That "Croissant" looked like a winner!!!
lol say brioche feuilletine 10x fast 😂
Fantastic 🇹🇭
Thanks for watching!
CHEF GRACE!!!
Tim!
I've watched likely around 10-15 videos under the search of harvesting sage. This is the one I was looking for. How to harvest and get a larger sage bush. Thank you for this, none of those other videos went over what I was looking for.
Glad I could help! The same thing works for many other herbs, like basil for instance.
Aloha 🏝
Chappy!
@@ChefGracesPlace love the subtitles ❤
Real pumpernickel does NOT have coffee and cacao!!! Per German law, pumpernickel has only three ingredients: coarse rye grain, water, salt.
If there’s no yeast how does it rise?
Sourdough starter is only water and flour. In this case it’s made with course rye
as a german this is bullshit it also had malt and sugarcane syrup and yeast
you had me at "food". all jokes aside tho, very interesting! looking forward to the next one
🥗 👍 💜
very interesting 🛸 🤖 ⭐🌟🌟🌕 👾🚀
NASA lies, there's no "space", greeting to Dr. Gray Stutte the horticulturalist, plant physiologist and biologist.
Back for a rewatch 🧡💛💚💙💜
Aloha 🏝 full watching
Thanks Chappy trying to get more consistent gotta schedule you in!
@@ChefGracesPlace
Well done. Thanks for the idea.
Aloha Chef Grace 🥗 🌺
No chopped rosemary? Where's the garlic 🧄 you roasted.
The roasted garlic is mixed into the dough. It adds flavor as well as sugars for the yeast to eat. There’s some rosemary in the herb mix but it’s always a different proportion depending on what’s growing in the garden that day.
Hope all is well Chef Grace 🌱 ❤
Podcast with Dr. Gary Stutte coming soon! Don’t forget to subscribe and hit the notification bell so you don’t miss it 😅
Welcome back, and good to hear you back to flight attendants again. Is that Justin Trudeau behind you 3:51 ? 😂
Good to hear from you!
this is extremely dangerous. It is a recipe for botulism
Raw honey has enough acidity to kill botulism. If you’re very worried about this you can always add a splash of apple cider vinegar.
keep up the great work my friend 🙏
Thanks Chappy!
The butter that I see at restaurants come in a jug already melted
That container is microwave safe, but I learned the hard way that the lid is not.
lol i haven’t had a problem with it so far What happened?
How do you keep in liquid form? Also is it functional with high temperature frying?
So in the kitchen by the stove it’s usually so warm that it stays liquid anyway, but we would microwave it or put the bottle in some hot water to liquify it. It’s great for a pan fry but not really used for a deep fry, mostly because it’s so much more expensive than oil. It’s also great for rich sauces. It’s used a lot in Indian cooking and also makes great buffalo sauce.
@@ChefGracesPlace thanks for the reply, I cook only for myself so I don’t think it’s worth to make such a large batch. I’ll maybe consider portioning it into small part for each dish. But yeah the first thing that came to mind was making buffalo wing sauce.
@@morgansaw3480 small portions could work, but it also has a good shelf life so I wouldn’t be too worried about it going bad.
The tip with the sink is questionable, but good idea in general!
Very unhygenic to put it in the sink
Well of course it’s very important to always wash your sink basin in general and before doing this. There is also a piece of parchment down between the butter and the sink as an extra precaution. But thanks for bringing that up because I don’t think a lot of people wash their sinks at home but in restaurants it’s done all the time.
Just wash your sink dirty swine 😂
What's the purpose of clarified butter?
By removing the milk solids from the butter you increase the smoke point from about 350 to 480ish. So then you can use it for high temp cooking without burning it.
@@ChefGracesPlace ooohh that's brilliant tnx for the info..
@@madredsbloodrazor1620 also you increase the shelf life
Great photo!!👍
Thanks!
Do not submerge in water she says as I immediately submerged it in water lol
I too love biscotti and make cherry pistachio and fig walnut as they are my favorites. Never thought of adding amaretto but definitely will try it. Love the upside down baking sheet tip. I never thought of doing that. Thanks for the recipe.
Love the walnut fig combo that sounds amazing!
This is a great tut on how to make cream cheese icing! So simple! And so yummy! Thank you! 😄👍
Thank you so much 😊
❤ great video
Thank you 🤗
how you doing?~Chef. like~ you did professional trip.
I'm doing great, thanks for watching. I work as a flight attendant full time while I'm working on growing my channel that focuses on food and culture. Before I was a flight attendant I did train and work as a pastry chef. Love the beautiful drone shots on your channel btw.
Cool and im first pin me 🗿
