Hi Vic, I've been following along for a while. I just want to let you know I love you man. Your channel has helped me a lot over the years and I've seen you evolve both spiritually and psychologically. If you ever need someone to talk to I'm here for you! To me, part of what it means to be a seeker of truth is to be open to criticism and to questioning one's own beliefs no matter how humbling that might be. I think it's important to remain open to the possibility that maybe some ideas one has made about reality are not accurate. This happens to me all the time, especially when I am experiencing a lot of emotion. In my case, I tend to think there is something fundamentally wrong about me, and that others are trying to hurt me. It might feel like the truth but I encourage you to explore whether some of these ideas are produced by your mind as a result of some underlying emotion/feeling you are experiencing, such as anger, fear, etc. Personally, when I'm emotionally dysregulated I will often unknowingly project those emotions into my beliefs about the world about me. I might become more paranoid for example, which might lead to some erroneous belief that everyone around me is trying to hurt me. It is hard while you are in this state of fight or flight to think clearly, as the body is prioritizing survival over rationality. This is why I believe it is incredibly important to seek emotional regulation through meditation and reminding your body that its safe in order for you to come back to center and feel grounded in reality. Some people will not resonate with some of your recent videos and might tend to want to label you as crazy. I think its lazy to label someone as "crazy" or fundamentally broken and they often use these terms to describe some behavior they don't understand. I think often what people might be referring to is a temporary misunderstanding or misatunement with reality. I don't want you to feel like these comments are people gaslighting you, but rather trying to offer an opportunity for you to self reflect and consider that some of what you believe might be wrong, just like everyone else is often wrong sometimes. This doesn't mean some of what you are saying isn't true! A lot of what you are saying I resonate with. It also doesn't mean you are crazy, broken, or a bad person, we are all human after all. Regarding your situation I hope you find the help you need. I invite you to consider that some of these people you are skeptical of might be trying to help you and might be more well intentioned than one gives them credit for. Even if you don't agree with them, I know you can keep an open heart and listen to them to see what resonates. It might lead to some painful realizations, or it might confirm you are correct.
