This is a mannequin demo video. I do most kids haircuts on dry hair. It's faster and you can see exactly how much hair you're cutting off, which is important for all ages of kids. Not all hair can be cut wet of course, but bangs or fringe should mostly be cut dry, so I also show blow-dry techniques to get the bangs to lay perfectly for cutting.

This video is a quick demo on the mannequin. Whenever I begin a long haircut, I always "establish the baseline". It can be just a quick ends skim, when you don't need to cut much hair off.
