我也是用小高姐的方子做的，黄油150，糖粉30，中高劲面粉160，做出来还可以，没有像你这样下陷没形状了，但是好像也没有小高姐的好看，我感觉你的裱花嘴不对，我用的是和小高姐一样形状的裱花嘴，就是尺寸大一些，不过，感觉开始做的时候，翻车次数越多越好，翻车后才会思考，否则真觉得自己是神了，一学就会了，其实要想把甜点做好也不件容易的事情啊，加油加油！

请问为什么我用这个温度 并且也冷却了15分钟 放进去就全部化了 没有任何花纹 变成了一滩。。
可能是另一个原因哦 就是黄油之前跟糖粉一起打发的时候没有打发到位，没有打到稍稍打发的状态。或者是打发时黄油温度过高融化了一部分。再或者就是配方里黄油比例过高了 可以稍微少放一点，可以看我之前发的那个烤曲奇的视频 里面更详细些。
