You use the hydro to take out other DDs, why would you run torp reload instead of improved aiming? Played ranked for many years and have never seen a Z39 used, second worst detection, fifth worst AP dpm, third worst HE dpm, sounds like a total piece of crap. Nearly everyone I see (and myself) use T6 DDs in Bronze ranked for the lower detect and XP bonus for damage to higher tiers.

One reason its strong, hydro. Less people probably have Haida but thats arguably the best too.

In any campaign it states at the bottom that "the mission is accomplished after the final task has been completed". After completing the final task it then states that to complete the mission you have to complete all tasks...even though at the bottom it states to accomplish a mission select your "preferred tasks". Preferred tasks meaning to me that you can choose which tasks in order to get the required number of stars to unlock the final task. So you cannot complete the mission unless you complete every single task even though it states you can select your preferred tasks. . I've completed the final task in many missions yet the missions cannot be completed until I complete every single task. Kind of a misnomer is it not? Contradictory by wargaming.
