The food here is pretty much very similar to finest, to be exact, if it was a rating, finest is a 4.0, and this would be a 3.8 ,But i would choose to go to Riviera over finest again because the price is just way better than Finest. Riviera didn't have dinner Buffet, which might be a deal breaker, but not for me - because finest dinner buffet isn't all that great anyway.

thank you! i've been too so many donki store in many countries, the prices are very similar that there's no need to think about the prices. the donki stores usually have the same Japanese products with exception on some regional exclusive products (such as KL and Singapore has Laksa noodles). From what i know, the only big difference is that Singapore and KL Donki stores don't have the Pharmacy products.

well there is only 2 that i personally went to that had swim up/pool access rooms, that is Finest and Royalton Riviera, Finest has way better food than Royalton by far, but Royalton is much cheaper than Finest. If money doesn't matter, just go with Finest. If you aren't picky about food, and just really want to relax and lounge around without spending too much money, you can research more on Royalton and make your choice. Personally I would never go to Royalton again and would not recommend it to anyone, so Finest is my recommendation for you 😃

@ChloeCapri1 the "Hyatt Ziva Cancun" is very good, very pricey but one of my favorites, i did a 3 video series on that one, here ruclips.net/video/BquSG0m_Hqgy/видео.htmlou We recently went to "Hyatt Ziva Riviera", it's not as nice as "Hyatt Ziva Cancun" but it's much more budget friendly! i felt the food there was even better than the food at Finest. Also have the videos on "Riviera" here, ruclips.net/video/v1rewBWnKq8/видео.html Any one of these would be great for kids, kids just have fun playing in the pool, they don't need much to have a good vacation!

@figurinechamp6881 Riviera's beach loses to Finest, that's for sure, but i rank Food quality over the beach. For the price per night versus Finest, I'm happy to put those savings aside to stay another night or for another trip!

thanks! the show times vary, the resort has a app that you can check the show times, i don't want to give you the wrong info but from my memory the shows start after dinner 8PM and later. The days that they don't have performance shows they would have live singer performances, mini concerts.

Yes, "Hyatt Ziva Cancun" is really good, if you are on a budget, "Hyatt Ziva Riviera" is not bad also. To be fair, it does get very humid and hot sometimes at all resorts, but the AC is just too weak at Finest, we all noticed that. We didn't get to try Gusto, I just checked their menu, they got the Truffle and safron rissoto, i would of loved to try that, we didn't go DOMMO (we weren't exclusive guest), we avoided going to LEGEND, it seems to crowded for our taste with a rather boring menu.

@BoaStoryTV it does get hot and humid, but air conditioning can be designed to accommodate and compensate for this. If you've ever been to Disney in the Hot Summer months, we all notice right away- anything indoors is a Cold Paradise. Stuffiness, warmth, moisture is Not a problem there. Dehumidifiers are a must add on for an AC system in Cancun. (They definitely have the $ for it with the High Prices they charge)👍

No i didn't notice any strange smell from the Aruba trip, maybe my nose is busted, I'm from New York and smell bad stuff everyday LOL
