Fender Mustang Micro with Tube Screamer! | What a tone!

Just a quick and dirty demo of the mustang micro with a tube screamer in front of it. Reverb is via the mustang, the backing track (which is available here: ruclips.net/video/Oz_aU5FsdMY/видео.html ) is played via my phone over bluetooth, and the mustang is recording everything via the USB-C to my DAW... so awesome!
Can you link me your cloud preset for this?

Nice sound but not in the least bit useful to other QC users without any information on the settings used or ideally a link to your neural account with a downloadable preset.

Hughey and the News were big in my time of club gigging. late 70's thru the most of the 90's. After that I got engulfed into production and in particular audio engineering because it was much more money getting paid to mix on the big stage than playing on the small stage.

oh man, it was so long ago and i cant remeber too well. I think it was a fender princeton profile. I will see if i can find it on my rigmanager.

I started with the jumped Marshall plexi which is the 'plexi patch' I think. I'm on the Quad cortex cloud if you search user JustNJ. I'll upload this tone there once I'm done tweaking it 😎

Nice! I’ll have to try this out. I was also surprised to find that the Mustang Micro sounds good with my fancy 5-string fanned-fret bass and acoustic bass guitar as well.

Really nice playing, Sir. I enjoyed it so much that I watched it twice. I picked up a Mustang Micro a few weeks ago and have been playing my Fender Prof II tele through it but haven't yet plugged it into my pedal board. Might have to give that a try this weekend.

amazing tone! Did you record the guitar and the backing track together through the same input channel? Or did you layer them together in your DAW?
Thanks :) The backing track was coming in via bluetooth to the Mustang Micro, so it was all recorded at once, this mix is just how i had it in my headphones at the time which worked out pretty well.
May I ask what model Telecaster that is?

Absolutely! Why that was only added to one amp and not included in the effects options boggles my mind! That is why I haven't bought one yet!
yeah it's one of those goto pedals that should just be in every effects library. That being said, it's a great sounding piece of kit to have in your guitar bag for practise. The bluetooth for backing tracks really sold it too, for me anyway.
My wife works from home (permanent) so I have to buy something!
