I pause right now and reflect on how God sustains our lives. For you and I to live this day, God does not have to "take" our life; all He has to do is stop giving it, sustaining it. Each day that we live is a gift from Him; His mercies are new every morning; because of this mercy, we are not consumed. This truth should compel us to surrender every aspect of that gift to Him, confident that if He allows a challenge or adversity to happen, He MUST have a better plan. Yes, let us step into the water and experience His Grace. Thank you for this encouraging discussion. May He continue to bless your ministry.

In moments of doubt or discouragement, I often reflect on the life of Moses in the Bible. He spent the first forty years of his life in the palaces of Egypt learning how to be "somebody", the next forty years in the desert wilderness learning how to be a "nobody" tending sheep, and his last forty years learning how God can take a "nobody" and make a "somebody" to His glory. When we learn to lean not on our own understanding, but on God's, He will do the same for us. Thank you for sharing this encouraging insight; may God continue to bless your ministry.

I have discovered that it is nearly impossible to live beyond my feelings or refuse to have them dictate my responses without the help of the Holy Spirit. Since feelings are powered by our emotions, our "feeling'" gauge can go from empty to full or high to low instantly depending on circumstances, so imagine having them dictate our actions and responses; chaos! Whenever we make sacrifices to go past our feelings and opt to do the right thing regardless of how we may "feel", God is always faithful to provide the needed strength to do it and bless our choice. The secret is to fill our minds with His thoughts each day BEFORE our challenges. Thank you for this powerful Biblical insight. May God continue to bless your ministry.

And nothing that makest a lie will be in heaven (Revelation 21:27): Just look around yourself and it is plain to see that the prophecies are coming to pass, and most of the world is on their way to hell. The lukewarm believers in God say they are of God with their mouths, but deny Him in their hearts and minds. They lie about His word and live a life that is totally _against_ the Word of God. They are okay with doctrines that are completely against the Father’s words. Most will never see the Father; they will cry out “Lord, Lord” but in their hearts there is truly no difference between them and a sinner-they lived their entire life as a lie. You will know them by their fruits; and their fruits are evil just like the rest of the world. Repent.

Just as each snowflake has its own unique pattern and purpose to fulfill, so too God created each of us in His image, to achieve His purpose. When we question God's way and are tempted to conclude that He is keeping something from us (Genesis 3:5), coming up with arguments to justify our position; it is important to recall this truth: His way is ALWAYS the best because only He can see the BIG picture. If we insist on having our way, we may end up getting what we want but we might not always want what we get. Lord, I trust you and surrender to Your Will! Take one small, scary step at a time but step up to the door of fear and let faith answer. I always remind myself that I am on a journey of many steps and should focus on putting one foot after the other in faith. Zachariah 4:10 shows that we should not despise the days of preparation or small beginnings because God rejoices in seeing the work begin. It is God's nature to bless but we must do our part by becoming unstuck in faith. Thank you for this insightful discussion and may God continue to bless your ministry.

God guides us one step at a time. Until we do the first thing we discern God tells us to do in faith, He will not reveal the next thing. When God told Noah to build the ark, it had never rained on the earth and no one knew what rain was yet, Noah obeyed in faith and took the first step, ending in God's favor, grace, and blessings. As we take the "Green Lights" God has already given to us in gratitude (the Yellow Lights are okay too), His strength will propel us forward. This speaks to my heart and I am compelled to ask myself: "How do I respond to new mercy? (Lamentations 3:22-23) When we are in crisis mode, do we remember God's goodness in the past and how far He has brought us? Our minds should flood with gratitude and thankfulness. Do we see the Father's love in it? We need to look back and remember because He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Thank you for helping us to "count" our blessings. May God continue to bless your ministry.

Many years ago when I learned this truth, I stepped out of the race and opted for the sidelines behind the crowds where I could hear, even my own unfamiliar voice. After the biggest life wins- the degree, job, wedding, and child, I was left with this nagging question: "Now What?" This question was prompted by a persistent awareness of incompleteness. With all the noise gone, I now hear the voice of our loving God telling His children that we are "ENOUGH" in Christ (Romans 8:37). Thank you; may God continue to bless your ministry.

Contrary to the belief of many, God is very interested in even the tiniest details of our lives. Look around, His creation establishes this observation as fact, including you and I. Do we really need color to see? Do we need taste to extract nutrients from the foods we eat? The details in everything God created give evidence of His indescribable love for our delightful pleasures. We should not be afraid to close our eyes in prayers and open our mouths to God and say- Anywhere, Anytime, or at Any Cost because He will NEVER put anything in our hearts that we do not want.
