Of course, and she should have won 3rd place at beam. The judges favored the Us girls, i don't care what american comentators have to say about it.

Aly Raisman was more dancing...

What was more difficult in raisman's exercise than in ponor's? And I hear a lot about raisman's first line: that's it? the first line does all that huge difference in difficulty (6.5 raisman vs 6.2 ponor) ???

It's not seemly to lie. If you had honestly been a gymnast your whole life you would have recognized Ponor's split form and hops on her triples. Either that or you're a gymnast who hasn't done ANY FX in your life. Most of the people upset that Ponor did not score gold are NOT gymnasts, but rather random schmoes who thought "her dance looked pretty." Doesn't really say much about their merit in judgment, TBH.

her landing just awful

Aly Raisman had a higher difficulty, and did it perfectly.

um acually i have been doing gymnastics all my life yeaa i would know. she should have got gold & everyone said that to.

the american stole her gold -.- i love catalina she my inspiration to do gymnastics again .

plus she doesnt get credit for her quad spin (that she wouldn't even attempt doing if she didn't wear those ballet shoes) because she puts her foot down early

bad form gets deducted... you guys should stop acting so suprised she got silver aly's routine was preformed better, had better more original tumbling and better landings. get over it. No amount of complaining about "crooked judges" or "american advantages" will take aly's gold medal away! So ignorant.

catalina's form makes me want to throw up!! Just because she can stick it does not mean she should do the pass if she can't preform it with NOT EVEN HALFWAY DECENT FORM. it was atroscious. Aly's tumbling was so clean and her dance was medicore. But the quality and landings of tumbling between aly and catalina.. aly eaisly comes on top.. aly deserved her gold medal. Plus aly's routine was more difficult, plus those ballet shoes are like cheating on turns!

Aly is really pretty. She is--what, 16 years old? I guarantee you, Bob, that she has ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA who Carlton Fisk is !!!!
