Transform to Triumph: Unveiled Financial Success for Black Men
No lie. I did 3500 to land 1 job. It was 50 percent less than my previous salary.
Wish it actually meant something at the company I work for. Unfortunately it doesn’t mean shit with them. Exactly why I’m leaving them and pursuing something else.
Great Insight!
Us black me do not need this
Great needed information.

Why just for black men? Why not ALL men?
Not my target market.
I forgot to mention that another topic of discussion should be around career gains and colorism. I have had conversations with black professionals who insist that light skin men get treated better. They insinuate that light skinned men only receive promotions because they are white adjacent. That would be an interesting topic. How many people have some kind of experience or maybe quasi-empirical evidence that this kind of thing is going on. How much of this is just a symptom of self-hate, house slave/field slave mentality , or colorism in the black community?
Light skinned men are treated no better . WM are hard as hell on other WM so there are no privilege's JUST like WM we are only as good as our last success or failure in the corporate world period. We get these positions via education/ job skills / risk. successes and failures and go out and apply them , we do this on our own no one gives us anything we did not earn . We do not beg , we do not whine , we do not march . We get the credentials needed and we take ! JUST like WM DO ! Voting for some party and thinking its going to be given ? = keep wishing and dreaming forever ! . The Higher up one moves of any race including WM the closer you are to being shown the exit ! OUR WORLD IS NOT FOR EVERYONE ! Literally only the smart and aggressive make it = race be damned . So if anybody think we have our feet on desk going zero think again. My daughter was in my office and she said wow Dad ! what a view ! I been in that office 5 yrs and never realized it until she said something !
I find it difficult when I see light skin men being abused or rejected. My mother was a very light skinned woman, and was a preference to many darker skin males. There may have been quite a few dark skin women that were jealous of my mother, but they never acted as though she wasn’t black. However, light skin men get the short end of the stick when it comes to black men. I find that some dark skin men try to exclude them. We don’t see the same exclusion among women who are mixed race or light-skinned. Stereotypes like light skin men are really soft or feminine, or that they are not black are the kinds of things we hear. I hope more light and mixed men chime in and address the topic of this video. Until then, a man of African heritage should be able to embrace that heritage without any fall out. African Americans need to make space for all kinds of blackness.
Had to run this back
Glad you like it.
soo soo good!
Great information.

Great information Jewel
Happy to share.
does this apply to white men?
Applies to everyone. However the business is directed toward black men. This Chinese food or Irish pub. Everyone can enjoy them, but they have a cultural approach.
That was so motivating. Thank you!
Powerful information. The Why!
Top notch ! Super insightful 🎯 Sir what would be the best way to tackle my situation - i am a Hvac design engineer in Aec construction industry after completing my internship in 2019 i was out of work due to family reasons helping mom at home. So how to get a job now after a big career gap of 4 yrs ? Does being too honest work or any others ways of directly cold call or cold email work instead of posting resumes on various job sites.. how should i develop self belief & conquer the challenges in these testing times.. Your book recommendations are awesome could you recommend here some about this situation...

There are a lot of Black IT groups too. I recently did a Tech Sales course and felt like the odd guy out because over half the enrolled people were black AND there was a constant cheerleader for Black-in-IT groups.
There's a Black version of many groups of there. Black accountants, lawyers, etc. Other groups have these niche communities as well, but you are correct there is a strong push and cheerleading right now for Black in IT groups.
